AM adapters are used for mounting motors built according to the IEC standard onto TONGYU Transmission helical gear units.

Adapters are available for sizes 63 to 280 for IEC motors.

The designation of the adapter size corresponds to the relevant IEC motor size.

Torque is transmitted between the motor and the gear unit via a positive and impact resistant dog clutch. Vibrations and shocks occurring during operation are effectively attenuated by an inserted polyurethane ring gear.
